This book is about Black Anger, the number one self-inflicted emotional hindrance to living the privileged life. This therapeutic story of my personal healing process takes the reader through a technique of choosing to place their pain from trauma in a position to thrust them forward and removing the hindrance or conversely block the ability to be whole.
